W5 Solutions AB (publ) (”W5 Solutions” or the ”Company”) hereby announces its intention to carry out a directed issue of shares of approximately SEK 150 million (the “Directed Share Issue”). The Company has appointed DNB Carnegie Investment Bank AB (publ) (“DNB Carnegie”) as Sole Global Coordinator and Bookrunner in connection with the Directed Share Issue. The chairman of the Company’s Board of Directors, Jonas Rydin, through Cajory Defence AB, and the Company's CEO, Evelina Hedskog, have expressed an interest in participating in the Directed Share Issue. Furthermore, certain of the Company's major shareholders, including Salénia AB, have expressed an interest in participating in the Directed Share Issue. The subscription price and the number of newly issued shares in the Directed Share Issue will be determined through an accelerated bookbuilding procedure (the “Bookbuilding”) that will commence immediately after the publication of this press release.
